The word qadid is derived from the arabic term لحم مقدد, meaning "Cured meat".

Our product is a unique combination of traditional south african biltong with a sprinkling of eastern taste.

We have partnered with fresh meat suppliers of the highest quality, created delectable flavours, and removed all additional preservatives to bring you an authentic, delicious, and healthy snack which caters for all palates.
